Unable to create a guild ? - Guild Wars Forums

I havent PvE'd in a while, so I went to LA trying to find the guild register....

...hes gone. Apperantly I missed whatever the new way to create a guild and modify a cape it. Where do I go to find them now ? Are they gone for good ? Are we no longer allowed to create guilds ? WHatst he deal here ?

Were you in an International District? Because if you were, that's what caused him not to appear.

Nope, but I tend to be in international.

- Ok I fixed it. I went back to international district, then came back to american ( still wasnt there ), then went back to ID1, and went to AD1 again. Now hes there.

Some glitch ??
